    Colorado Pass help!

Theres really no way to do that other than the internet. However, if you are going to live in Keystone almost any business will provide you a pass or get you a merchant unrestricted pass for cheap. You can also volunteer 2 or 3 days and get a pass.

    Renting Avalanche Beacons

Well... you brought that on yourself. Why would you want to rent some beacon that might not work...when your freind would use it to find you?

Couple questions from an incoming freshman at CU boulder

Keystone has some amazing skiing, though hard to find, amazing. Breck has some great skiing outside of the park as well (lake chutes, chair 6, E chair, hike to stuff off of the t bar). Vail is huge and fun to ski, the park is super fun to lap and usually the hits are really nice, thats why you...

    Paintball Question

Those cheaper screw in tanks have regs and output at the same pressure as co2 tanks do, but do not freeze or spit out liquid. Those only cost $100 or so, not a bad option. The tipmann is not a bad gun, so upgrading to a super finicky non-electro would be pointless. If you want a new gun get an...

    CaNdIdE's JaCkEt

Good luck trying to find one. I was looking for it 3 months ago and everyone sold out of the "cool" colors. Check tramdock.com maybe.

    Vail

He's from NY, it's not like he needs some place like Alta or Whistler to challenge himself. I had around 50 days at Vail this year and couldn't be happier. I don't think I'll live here next year but wouldn't give up this past season for anything. You won't find anything crazy inbounds, but I'm...

    Deltron 3030

Just saw the Del concert in Vail this week...sickness! Del is so tight with his beats, lyrics, etc. I love how he performs too, mostly just sittin down staring into his mic killin it.

    Beaver Creek

The beave has a nice flat down and rainbow. The jumps are about medium sized and have a money lip. Vail has bigger hits and more rails though.

    Vail out of bounds?

The snowpack is relatively safe (if not windblown) since we've had no snow really. Once we get some snow expect it to spike, theres some nasty surface hoar goin on combined with a crazy layer. If you don't know the area, don't go ob at Vail, you could easily get in trouble. However, skiers left...

    Gotama and binding question

Occasionally the wood sidewall would fail or whatever, not crack. This year it is reinforced so it will not happen. Either way it is a sick ski. My buddy skied his goats hard for a few months with no problems.

    Lift Tickets

Any of the grocery stores in the denver/summit/eagle area will get you tickets discounted by $10 or so, other than that, no. I'd give you some employee passes but I need to start conserving.

    Terrain Parks in Aspen

I am going to check the slopestyle tomorrow but want to ride park before that. Will Buttermilk or Snowmass be a better option (I know the course is on b-milk but don't know if there is a separate park). Im looking for big booters and nice rails.

    Vail

Yes, the park will be open. Sat the pipe will not but the jumps and rails will be.

    Quick itunes question

I'm new with the ipod and itunes thing and have a quick question. When I import songs from a cd they go directly to the "library." This wouldn't be a big deal but now I have several tracks in the library now titled 01, 02, 03, etc. How can I import a cd into a new playlist and not into the...

    Colorado st

CSU is great, sick town, plenty to do without the attitude of CU. To get to Breck/key/copper takes around 2 1/2 hrs. Vail and BC take about 3 w/o traffic. I did the commute once or twice a week and have no regrets.

    Avon, Colorado Recommendations

Tickets are only about $10 more to BC and Vail. You'll be spending double that to get to Breck/Key, and at least $10 getting to Copper. Either way, Vail and BC are great for skiing pow. Vail is sort of flat but the cliffs and stashes off of Mongolia are pretty fun. Breck is the best for park and...
