i do hill sprints, find a long hill that is about 100-200 feet long, and steep enought to give you a challenge. just sprint from the bottom to the top walk back down and repeat for however many times. it helps to already be in good shape to do this (strong legs and good cardio).

yeah i have, it is really fun but to get to the top using the gondola takes forever, so you can't get many runs in from whitewall or whatever it's called to the bottom.

i love their park, lots of original/fun stuff, not just your basic tables and flat rails. the rest of the mountain is fun and there are a lot of good places to hike, but i prefer castle's terain over any other mountain.

the best ski resort ever, is castle mountain resort. 40 bucks canadien lift tickets and has 2 triples and a double and a tow rope. NO TERRAIN PARK. the people there are from prarie towns and love to ski. so there is no try hard-act stezzyness that you find at big resrots. if anyone comes out to...

or if your there with snowboarders that get stuck infront of you, but if you do go with snowboarders make sure you stay ahead of them, this way you don't have to pull them with your poles.

just cause you own a shop doesn't mean your rich, if the shop makes 200 bucks profit, most of it will go towards wages and overhead

but fresh does rely on sales, and they care about skiing. i don't know if that guy cares at all. not worth supporting to me. but since you live in red deer it doesn't really matter, fresh is kind of far away.

personally, i would rather support fresh.

i have the 185's and am about the same hight and weight, they are fine for jumps and pipe,nice and light, never hit any rails on them though.
