so i have a really bad lower back due to a car accident this summer and im looking for some protection/support so i can ski somewhat pain free this season.....what do you guys reccommend?, ive been checking out some of the shit at skeletools but im not sure how good that stuff is....any other...
this year im actually gonna work hard to get in shape for the season...i know what i gotta work on, but does anybody have a specific routine that works well? like how often to run, lift etc.? oh and i gotta get rid of a beer gut too, any tips?
im lookin to move to tahoe city in the september or october; you think i should start lookin for places now? or how easy will it be to find a place when i get out there?
