    armada skis dont last

Dont get me wrong, my 1080s are sweet but they really need to LOSE the foam core. After 10-20 times they are now noodles there so soft. Its sad how soft they are when I take off the lip in the pipe I can feel them vibrating a lot. Gets annoying somtimes. I have not tried many rails with them...

    2005 skis yay!

Yea, the swallow tails will also act as forks if you try anything where you land fakie. Id like to see someone take them in the pipe and try some 3s.

What is the absolute best binding?

Many people including me use the Salomon 810 bindings and love them. 912s are also great but more expensive and not much need unless you need a higher din setting.

    Pics of Your Park

That is one SWEET park you have pics of at Park City. Too bad it wasnt up when we were there in 2000. Well, back then I most likey wouldnt have been interested in it anyway. Some of those boxes look soo fun!

    1080 skis..why the hate?

Ive had mine since the beginning of the season and they ski awsome. The only thing I dont like is how much they chatter. I do like soft skis for the park though and the 1080s also are awsome in the powder. Great all around.

    The new Sue15B in Action!

Sorry about the double post and by the way the bottom one says larger droplets which I meant to say instead of smaller.

With that higher GPM I can then run 2 4005 nozzles up top. That should keep the droplets larger and also the unloader will adjust the flow so I dont have to run it all out. I am not concerned about the power it takes as long as its 115 volts and not 230v or 3 phase.

    The new Sue15B in Action!

Its for my science fair project. Its to measure the snow depth at each one and put it into a program that makes a picture/chart of the snow pile. It is a CH but so far ice had absoultly NO problems with the pressure washer not working. It works just fine but with a bigger pump I would make...

    Backfliping

Hes a liar. There is no way he could have gone out to a resort and tried it in 3 hours. Even if it was in his back yard I really doubt 3 hours is enough time to even cast his arm and most likely it wouldnt be till the next day so. He is a liar.

    The new Sue15B in Action!

Yesterday I blew snow with my Hago gun for 12 hours. I made 12 inches of snow over a very big area. The wind took lots of the snow that would have made the pile much much bigger and blew it behind the gun. I had over 3 inches behind the gun. I also blew a small amount on my rail and then...

    I've Got a New Gun!

Im blowing snow right now with my hago. Wet bulb is 24. The problem now that I didnt have last time was that ice keeps building up on the nuc. nozzle and then getting blown off. It kind of obstructs the mist for a second then its back to normal. Is that normal or does it happen to you?

Blew last night with my Hago!

I just finished mounting my Hago gun in some 3 inch PVC. I flattened the hose barb for more of a fan spray of air. I blew for about 1 or 2 hours and it was 27 wetbulb. 30 degrees and 60% humidity. It was working great and I was running 75 psi air then I went down to 60 with a very dry nuc...

    Building Jumps

I get a few different sized pieces of plywood and set them on somthing which can be a box or a pile of snow. Lay them so they for the right angle then pile snow on top and carve it. That will save you the time it takes to build the HUGE pile you need otherwise.

    Did you know?

No, I just asked the head snow maker Tim Whorl if I could come in and see the snow making stuff they have because im doing a science fair project on it.

Dont use drain pipe on you snow gun!

I just finished my hago gun last night. I used 4 inch drain pipe so it would be light and i didnt have to cut that back out. Well I took it out for a test and while I was hooking up the air, it was propped up on the fence. I turned around and it fell. I went over and there was a one foot...

    Did you know?

Today I got a tour of Ski Roundtop's snow making facilities. It was really cool. They have 12 air compressors, 10 electric 400hp ones and 2 diesel 800 hp ones. There total cfm with all compressors running is a whopping 30,000! 30,000 CFM!!!! They have 6 kinds of guns. 2 types of fan guns...
