there is a program that will work with vista that can save everything in aim into a word or text file....

go for the Canon 40d. 6.5 fps. I have a Canon 20d and its at 5fps and thats perfect. as for the lens, buy body only and get a nice lens, rather then the kit lens. Go for something like Canon 24-105mm L f/4.
