every time you re-drill you make the skis a lot weaker. you can remount once and it isnt that bad, twice is a litle worse, by the third time you pretty much screw over your skis.

I have spoken with some people at New Era, they told me they will not do any quantities less than a thousend, and it is really expensive, like $20 a hat, which menas we would have to charge $35-$40. Too much for now. I would love to push for this, perhaps we can get it going in the next few years.
