^^^ Theyre cheap because bluehouse is doing a pre-season sale, same as last year. Retail will be close to double what you see now.

AK stuff is really nice, but its overpriced, skip the 09s and pick up last years from backcountry or backcountryoutlet. Check ebay too, always lots of AK stuff for sale cheap.

^^^ yep, theyre getting mounted up with some FKS as soon as I get around to bending the brakes. Just pulled the trigger on 188 rubys + STH 16s as well.

Good advice, like I said I've never noticed an effect on they way they ride. If nobody wants the ARVs they will become my rock skis.

Serves me right for posting when I'm still half asleep. As mentioned above the ARVs have dimples in the base from a shop tech trying to ram long screws threw em. Never penetrated the base and they dont affect the ride at all. Hope they are visable here.

Cleaning out the closet to make room for rubys and mavens. Up first, 05/06 185 ARVs. Only 6 days on em, mounted -5 from center with rossi axial 120s. No dings in the base/topsheet/edges. Asking $275 + ship Up next, cant even remember the year 180 Rossi Scratch FS. Mounted on the line...

iNot trying to hate, but I would verify that with a good kitchen scale, something that can measure grams. The lightest carbon skis are about 1300 - 1400 grams each, 2lbs 4.5oz is 1035grams. If its accurate, congrats on making the worlds lightest skis!
