All Rossi/Look come with some sort of lifters. If they say "Lifter" on the box then you've got the higher lifters. If you've got the non "Lifter" ones then you can mount with only the toe lifters so that the ramp is less aggressive, or with none at all. Make sure your guy shortens the screws...

Elan skis are damn good and most people have no idea. I rode the MO2 in 05/06 which looks the same diensions as the Partisan. They skied amazingly, some of the best I've been on and I've skied pretty much everything out there. Really durable too. I'd definitely buy them again if I found a...
