use mig much easier to be tacking metal in place plans look good

welding galvanized is pretty discusting. but it should work put your welds where there isnt gonna be sliding and put tremclad rust paint to protect or the weld will just rust

of course you need gas, otherwise your weld would be contaminated and it will snap there is no such thing as gasless wire. what you would want is a flux core machine, its like stick welding and mig put together where its a fed wire but the shielding gas is built into the wire. i wouldnt...
