180's are great. I love doing them off of cat tracks, rollers, drops and features all over the mountain. It's just a fun easy trick.

Take a look at this website ( http://rampplans.org/ramps/ ) there are a couple plans for qps and vert ramps. Most of the ramps are very well built (ie not super cheap), but you could probably work with the plans to design one that would be cheaper to build.

Pressure treated is quite a bit more expensive, and harder to work with. I used regular 2x4 studs and then waterproofed the entire setup. Pressure treated lumber isn't worth it unless you are very concerned with insects/rot. Here's a page with more information about pressure treated wood...
