So right now I ride Fujatives from when they first came out, and I love being able to butter around and have fun like that - but I feel like they kind of suck all-mountain. I'm thinking of getting the T-Halls from '07 - do they ride well all mountain/butter easily? Thanks for any input.
jea jea
I've been wondering all week why that jump needed to be all perfectly angular and shit. I guess it goes with the aesthetic that Jon is going for, but still. Crazier shit goes down at Candide's course every year. Jon's is just a big self-love fest.
But a really sick one. sw dub cork...
haha, this thread calmed down so hard after the footage was posted - it's had like three different movements. idk, kind of rad?
is there a way to get these edits in a saveable form?
My god... you're so smart. fuck, forgive me. I just can't understand how I'd mess that up that bad. I hope you're not too bothered, let me know if you need another tampon anytime soon.
no reason to get so bristly, man, it was just a question, haha.
so I'm sure that I'm just sleepy while reading it or something, but in the European Open update it says that TJ announced his retirement to pursue his career as a male model. Right after that it says, 'we wish him luck' or something like that, which I took as being serious.
Can someone clear...
that was pretty fucking rad - for everyone who says that big spins have no style, I feel like you're just looking at style the wrong way. Even if on like the second or third viewing of that trick you're thinking to yourself 'oh that was penciled out, hucked, blah, blah) I feel like you were...
I was just thinking that - not to geek out about it, but there are a ton of them getting into this thread. Spriggs, Vanular, Matt Walker, John Symms, Jossi Wells & Jon Olsson - newschoolers is major...... haha.
could be, I have no idea. Are they even a company anymore? I heard that they weren't able to get skis out this year or something like that. That would suck, I was hoping that they'd start killing it and getting their team out on some videos within the next year or so...
Hey, yea, that makes total sense. I don't mean to come off as a Jacob hater or whatever, or to try and say that he's a shady guy or anything... which I think a lot of you guys are taking my comments as.
All I'm saying is that if he starts throwing the same double corks, he'll just be...
That's true, and I never claimed to. But he presents himself to us, the fans, as a professional, and I was simply critiquing what he does as a professional skier. I don't need to know anything about dude to see that he slammed the 'gangsta' style and is now skiing around and learning from the...
yea trite - or cliched, pedestrian, corny, ect. I just think that we've heard enough of that righteous 'do style for yourself' sentiment on this site, and it clogs up thread that aren't asking for moral guidance.
well fuck, doesn't 9thward = little or no video part exposure? I feel like every pro they've signed, with the exception of Belanger (probably because he owns his own film company), has fallen off the map in terms of video output.
