I don't know if this applies to the rest of the year, but lets keep things in perspective. It is the holiday season, which means a higher volume of mail. I know what you mean tho. My skis haven't arrived and it has been over a week.

If he died I would have took clips from every ski movie he has been in and put it to a full song. This video took me about 30 minutes including render time.
