The actual skiing content in that teaser was sick, but the rest of it sucked. Way too much useless filler.

thats my favorite teaser yet, it's completely different from anything anyone else has put out but more importantly its different than what they've done in the past which is hard for a film company to acheive no doubt

I'm not sure why some people were expecting ski porn from nimbus in their trailer... that's not what they're about. That trailer was great, it is exactly representative of what the company means from where I sit. It's literally not heavily edited, loud music and craziness, it's supposed to feel real, like your own skiing experience. It's relatable. I've always enjoyed that kind of atmosphere in a ski movie; I remember thinking that JP and Seth's segment in UP 1.2 that came along with WAR was my favourite of the year for exactly that reason.

I honestly think it's absolutely awesome that there is actually some variety in ski movies now and that there is a distinctive style that different companies have adopted. It makes the whole experience so much more diverse. Still makes me want to ski really badly... but for totally different reasons.

Can't wait to see this.

song was used in the bonus movie in x=10, up2.1 i believe. oh well. whats with the poles?

^^to this date, that is my all-time favorite segment. it didn't matter that it was their b-roll stuff, that part fully captured what I think skiing is better than any other has been able to do.

^^^not heavily edited? how many fake film burns can you get away with in a video that was shot all on P2 cards?

That was some great editing and based on the webisodes this year, probably going to have the best skiing to every come out of the nimbus crew! Can't wait.

this will be my favortie movie of the year, but i am definatley the type of person that loves the more alternative film
