Amazing read and makes you realize, while seemingly unreachable, that europe and skiings roots are only a couple hundred more than a local vaca. Great advice and looking forward to seeing what Tom has in store for the season. Keep it coming

a good writeup of what's available in europe, it amazes me how unaware most people over the pond are of what skiing in europe is like, on this site especially. and the best bit? aside from a list which is pretty much limited to chamonix and verbier, "competition" for fresh tracks is laughable compared to the likes of jackson, whistler, squaw etc. seriously, if you like to ski the whole mountain, you need to get yo bad self over here immediately. just make sure you have a beacon and know how to use it.
