wow, I'm wondering the same exact thing... My surgery is the 22nd, and it's for my ACL as well. Anyone who's gotten it, what procedure did you use, and what's your level of satisfaction? I think I'm gonna go with the patella-bone-patella, but I'm sitll thinking about the cadaver. suggestions?
