Yeah, a big problem might be using USB. If you can, upgrade to firewire, a card is only like $30. USB 2.0 is supposed to be as fast or faster then firewire, but its more expensive. Also, check to see what your computer is importing the video as, it might be compressing it as it comes in, if...

There not gonna sue dude, they lease the land from the Gov't. Not such a great idea to turn on your 'land lord.' Any way, it didn't burn that much, just one little ski patrol shack at the top. No worries.
