Same thing happened to a kid in my suite. He had that same model computer too. System restore and recovery wouldn't work. So he had to take it to the schools computer department, they had to erase his whole computer. Other option could be take it to Best Buy's geek squad.

the house is on Poplar Hill dr. in Farmington, CT. i know a kid who lives on his street. I've been up there a few times usually on burn runs, one time we were roasting a bowl in his culdesac and some guy started coming through the woods after us. We just peaced cause we didn't want any trouble.
