truth. but it is a difficult purchase to make, especially with all the money going into it and the brand impacting the rest of your camera equipment for awhile. when I got my dslr I had no idea what was going on, and ns helped out a bunch for sure.

yes! thats a good one. and you won't sound crazy if no one gets it. you could just yell HANSEL in the lift line, and see if someone responds.

I'd say go with the tune-ups for sure. earbuds are uncomfortable after awhile, and they don't always allow you to hear everything around you.. which I think is important for skiing haha. and if I turn em all the way up I don't hear anything anyway, so it's sweet for the lift or blocking out...

same here, I have an old Olympus point and shoot I used to use all the time. its nothing compared to my current camera, but it can shoot off more frames per second than my DSLR! anyway, I made a sequence of myself jumping off a cliff, was sweet. that sounds like its what this kid needs.
