Flying with Black Diamond JetForce Pro

Does anyone have experience flying with a Black Diamond JetForce Pro avalanche backpack? I will be flying to Japan and I'm wondering what I have to keep in mind. I found these instructions:https://www.blackdiamondequipment.com/en_US/documentation/jetforce_flying_info_011717/ It has always...

    Armada Bantam 103

Does anyone know a shop where I can order Armada Bantam 103cm skis that ships to Europe? I can only seem to find the 123cm. Are there other nice kids skis around 100cm in size? My daughter currently has K2 Luv Bugs 88cm. They are more than decent, a big step up from the Salomons she had...

    FS: Nikon D7000 + lenses (10.5 fish, 17-55, 50-135, etc..)

Huy guys I'm selling my Nikon D7000 and most of its lenses because I have 'upgraded' to both micro four thirds (for ultimate portability) and to a Sony A7 (for ultimate image quality). I am tired of dragging around a DSLR. Nevertheless with the right glass the D7000 is a fantastic camera...

    FS: Canon 70-200 f/2.8 non-IS and Tokina 16-50 f/2.8 Nikon mount

Hey guys I'm selling two lenses. The reason why I'm re-posting is that I'm traveling to Florida in January so I'm considering selling it to USA buyers and then sending the items from Florida. Of course European buyers are also welcome to contact me. The first lens I'm selling is a Canon EF...

FS: Tokina 16-50mm f/2.8 for Nikon DX

Is anyone interested in buying my Tokina 16-50mm f/2.8 lens for Nikon (the one in the middle of the picture)? New price is 650 eur, I personally paid 500 eur new, and I'm willing to let it go for 400 eur / $500 + shipping. I am based in Switzerland, but I can have someone send it from Germany to...

    FS: Panasonic NV-GS500 + 0.7x wide angle

Hey guys I'm selling my old Panasonic NV-GS500 video camera! Since I have a gopro and a DSLR, I'm not using it anymore. It's only standard definition which is not that great, but it could be a cheap deal for someone who is getting into filming. Colors are great. I also have a wide angle...

    FS: Nikon 55-200mm, 50mm, Samyang 8mm, Helios 58mm

Hey guys, I'm about to put some lenses up for sale on eBay. I figured I'd first offer them here. I'm living in Switzerland though, so I guess it's easier to sell to people also living in Switzerland or Europe. AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G IF-ED Including filter, pouch, hood...

California to BC/Alberta road trip advice

In January I'm planning a road trip from California (Mammoth/Tahoe) up to Whistler and then to Banff, ending in Calgary. I'm from Switzerland myself and have only skied in Utah and Colorado so far in the USA and it will be my first time in Canada. I'm looking for advice for awesome mountains to...

    Dolomiti Superski experience/tips

Does anyone have experience with the Dolomiti Superski area in Italy? It boasts 1200 km of runs and 450+ ski lifts. This seems insane, twice the size of Portes du Soleil which is already retarded. I am interested in information such as: Best towns to be based out of. Tips for good...

    World's finest powder?

I have skied lots of pow in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Utah, Colorado, New Zealand and Argentina. From those, I would say Switzerland/Austria and Utah have the finest powder.

    Heli sking!!!

I would also never pay to heliski in the Wasatch or for example in the European Alps or in Colorado.. just because you could access the same type of lines with a ski lift and / or some hiking. Plus the heliskiing is terrible for the environment. I would spend my money heliskiing in remote places...

    Heli sking!!!

I got exactly that: the lines you see in movies. Beautiful. Bluebird. Deep. Steep. A friend hooked us up in New Zealand and called us on the perfect day. One of the best days of my life.
