A boot fitter would be able to solve most of these issues for you or at least mitigate them to some extent. If one boot is tighter than the other and the buckles are set the same, it could be any number of things...i'd try an aftermarket footbed to hold your foot in place to and give u a little...

Digital is a great way to go. As to Canon or Nikon...they're both good...Canon currently appears to have the edge in regards to higher ISO shooting in their lower end cameras.....if you plan on shooting sports pics...def. look for a used 20d or 1d...both would be way better than the digital...

Actually, the EF-S type lens work on more than the 10d, they also work on the Digital Rebels, and 20d, and I'm also gonna assume the 20d replacement set to be announced at PMA in Feb.

First off....DON'T put a Canon EF-S type lens on a film 35mm camera...the EF-S lens mount is intended for specific canon digital cameras and would actually damage the shutter on your Elan. That being said.....i have the Canon fisheye and love it....but if you don't truly need fisheye look at...
