    Wedding dress box slide

    so im getting married this friday, and then on saturday i plan on skiing in my wedding dress. I also fully plan on sliding at least one box while in the dress. I can slide boxes fine, just never have attempted it in a dress....any advice? has anyone done this before and can give me any first...

    we use snow gel on our set up. we have astro turf and a good steep drop in hill, so we really dont need a lot of snow gel on it. we tried the dish soap method first, but snowgel is way better and allowed us to do so much more with our set up.

    snow gel is definatly worth it. it works great, lasts a long time, and made it possible for us to go from a flat box set up to an up-gap-down set up.

    I just did my first 270 off yesterday. I got second try. It was on an up box, i think that probably made it easier because i had more time once i came off the box to get the skis around

    SNOW DAY

    we had our first snow day november 19th.....we had about 4 inches of snow, covered with freezing rain today, so just a two hour delay

    Boot top fracture anyone?

    my brother broke his leg right above his boot also...we got cheap shin guards (the kind with no ankle straps/supports) and put one on the front of the leg and one on the back, slightly down inside the boot....it gave enough extra support that he didnt have any pain
