Skiierman- preeeettty sure the nose is ripped out look at the high res. wasnt implying anything about a nose press, was really mentioning it becasue he said that he was putting all the best parts into these skis to avoid such things. no need to be sarcastic. but its pretty clear theres a blown out edge along the top of the ski.
I hate to say it but there is a bit of an edge pull out situation on the up hill side of the nose of the "snowboarding" ski. Certainly not enough by itself to be any kind of indictment on the quality of the skis though.
