no worries, there are a lot of anti-scar cremes and stuff, you'll find some, and they'll be gone

Don't worry about scar creams and stuff. I have a couple gnar scars on my stomach too, you can even see where the stitches were like a baseball. Scars are just reminders of how you got to be who you are today. Plus, some guys dig scars.
