thanks man! I appreciate the many different styles of filming coming out nowadays since HD has been super accessible, and also SD making a resurgence. Fisheye has its place for sure but I personally love keeping things non distorted and as smooth as possible to make the viewer forget about the camera, as cinematic as possible
thank you, yea it was filmed with a MÅvi m5 mounted on a MÅvi ring, you can see the shadow at 1:20. I love that you noticed the sound design, that took a ton of work both recording an editing but I’m stoked on the results
Holy shit, everything is on point in this edit. Insane style + the production value was insane, I mean I've seen countless PC edits but here the attention to detail for every shot and sound element is incredible.
First edit that I've watched twice in a long time. People constantly bitch about the current state of skiing in the forums. Meanwhile, people like this kid are continuously dropping edits that display the perfect combination of style and technicality. Love the effort you guys put into this one.
Its definitely a ton of work to get multiple angles for each shot but it almost always makes the edit run so much smoother and shows just how consistent the two of you are at your respective roles... judging by the upvotes NS likes your perfectionist attitude.... Good luck to Jack at superunkown!
