live in missoula too and looked at that alot, it has the gnarliest stairs and kinks, and those fucking steps are cheesgrader from death. between the super steep angle and the super flat big kinks it would be impossible. u also have to slide over a big , deep, irrigation ditch as well towards the bottom half of the rail, and iv e seen that empty during winter, i have seen it frozen in the winter, hell one winter was so warm shit was flowing in the winter . haha wacky shiit. and this pic makes it seem pretty crazy, but a picture of looking down the stairs really gives you the perspective on this rail. wood and chessegrater and basically have to grease the bottom section over the ditch.
