LOL, its great to have young kids shreding, but at my resort (south east), they just sorta bomb down from the top with out stopping and snake transitions, its really dangerous. Im all for kids wanting to go into the park, but there is a clear etiquette.
It is too dangerous unless it's in a mini park that's where you start not just somewhere were there are a bunch of big and very hard metal and wood objects everywhere to run in to and rollers that they stop on the wrong side of. Keep your kids in the small park or on natural little jumps and cat tracks if they want to jump until they are using the jumps for their intended purpose
Doesn't matter whether they have to start somewhere, or if they may be the next superheroes of skiing if they get killed because their parents are stupid enough to let them ride in the park and they get plowed.
I can't tell you how many times I've had to grab kids and pull them out of the way because they are putting themselves at risk... it usually ends in me almost getting in a fight with a hot tempered dad who doesn't understand my calm explanation of why I "think I have the right to lay my fucking hands on his kid / tell them what to do or where to ski".
