the little gap thing does absolutly nothing, you dont ever feel it , mikee once hit it and it wobbled him slightly and that was a few months ago. you dont need ot fill it wiht ice tatdoes nothign either. the gap on the elbow kink is liek 3 times bigger and that even does nothing , you reallllyy shouldnt worry about those unless its actually a problem.
