MT hood summer ski camp...80 footer did it 3 times before landing wrong and that just ened up hurting alot alot alot and my tailbone was bruised and the fluid in between my vertebrae nearly burst. calculated it...i hit the water at 55 ish miles an hour 24 m/s

Yes you do have to rock climb to get in or get out. It's not that bad though, there is pretty much a path in and out
