Just a quick question? If I have a t2i with magic lantern where I can turn of ACG or whatever it is it worth getting a rode video mic or this? I know the advantage with something that doesn't have magic lantern like a 7d it's good to record audio separately ,but with my camera couldn't I just hook this straight up to the camera and not have to deal with syncing audio in post?

Long story short rodevideo mic or h1 when hooked directly to t2i?
