Zephyr Cove DGC Redesign

I have played this course a few times and really enjoyed playing it. Any locals have insight into the battle to redesign the course? Seems like both sides should have made an agreement before involving the Parks Department.

I'm a little late here... but this whole debacle has come to a halt with douglas county parks saying no action will be taking place at zephyr cove dgc.
