Youtube vids to ipod?

my computer blows so it decided to post my thread while I was still writing my question.

My question is can someone tell me how to save youtube videos to my itunes or ipod? I'm sure there are other threads on this. But I searchbarred and I didn't find anything.
 
ok heres the dealieo.

go to keepvid.com and save to your desktop.

then right click and open in itunes.

then go to the movies section and click 1 time 1 TIME. on the vid so its highlighted.

go to advanced at the top and click "make iphone/ipod version"

i take visa or mastercard
