Today i was bored and i was sick and tired of my solid black grip tape

on my longboard so i took my brothers grip tape he had left over from a

project and customized my griptape.

My board is an Original apex 37 with retro zigzags lime wheels and the 150 MM trucks.

I know the NS logo looks like shit but i am working on that. The grip tape was very hard to work with.

My new grip tape was like 2inch short to cover the whole board so instead of getting a new length of griptape i just cut it in little pieces and made a bumble-bee motive....
Turned out great altough it wasnt my intention....

that's so sick. What did you do to make keep the grip tape from tearing at the edges? did you use a hairdryer or something?

This was just my second time applying griptape....
i have no idea why my edges would tear, i just made sure it didn't come over the edge, so all of the tape is on the flat surface...
i din't use any blowdryers....

a hairdryer makes the grip tape come off....you just use the extra griptape and sand the edges so the down come up
