Mike Klinkhamer is going so big these days! He is progressing really fast, anyone who hasn't heard of him better keep an eye out. He is 14 years old from Pemberton (20 minutes from Whistler). He has done well in all comps this year. Oh yeah, he's a sponsored skateboarder too!

There are alot of up and comers, this kid named colin joyce is really good. He might be a contender in a couple of years.

 
No one said Dave Degravio??? He is soooo good he won the mega mother hucker last year with a 1260, he was only 14. He was suposed to be in propaganda and was invited to the superpark but shattered his ankle in warm ups. You will be seeing much of this kid pretty soon. The east is starting to get a shit load of good young skiers.

i Hate all these kids that are Just a few years older then me but so sick, Lol, BUt serously When I landed my first flip i thought that i was so good, then I hear of these kids that are a year to to years older then me that are throwing D-spin 7's and switch rodeos corked 10's, o well I geuss I will just have to work harder..... not that its all about going pro..

Not to bad mouth him but Kye is a cocky little punk. He is a awsome skier but he is a little punk. Austin Ross will explode soon...this kid i know Chris Hill has mad style, super tweaked 3 mute and tail, sexchange railslides and he is only 12

ok, there's nothing wrong with how Kye acts... I'm sure you would be like that too if you were 12, lived in Whistler, was friends with tons of kick ass skiers who are about 10 years older than you, and kicked ass at skiing yourself. I mean, the kid's only 12 - what do you expect? Give him a few years and he will own that town.

Ya - Austin's a cool kid too. There's a lot of kick ass little dudes around Whistler...
