that we can only think as fast as we talk... unless you are acting on instinct or impulse. there are limitations to our wittiness(sp)
 
i dont know. if you think faster than you talk you end up studdering. and people studder a lot so obviously we can think faster than we speak but it doesnt come out right and we have to end up slowing down anyway.
 
i gotta be honest. ive never met someone who can think on their feet faster than i can. i have literally given 10 minutes speeches off the top of my head and gotten A's.

but then i suck at math. it evens out.
 
i hate when people claim claims. its like they want to be noticed for seeing the claim, which is worse in my opinion.
 
dude same with me. In school I can pull speeches out of my ass just like that, but I have the math skills of a 6th grader.
 
i often just let the other person spew there words while i dose off in a world in which i don't give a fuck. but if the conversation is intense like a debate i often start talking before thinking and look like a fool.
 
some times i type faster than i think but not really i just kinda slow down my thinking and to compensate for slow typing and then typing catches up so i type the same word like twice to let the thinking catch up. but i talk slower than i think for sure so sometimes i can be in the middle of an insult and realize that its not going to make anysense so i just stop in the middle or completely change directions of it
