going skiing with someone who "used to ski, so I know what I'm doing" and doesn't know how to put their boots into bindings...

Totally depends on what bindings you have. Some will not work at all, but others can get a pretty firm boot grip. The heel is always pretty loose, so you have to ski pretty backseat. You can ski pistes pretty well and it's quite funny bombing past people with your skis on back to front. I wouldn't advise hitting park, bumps or pow though for obvious reasons.

On a serious note, If you haven't seen Parker white rip a groomer switch you are missing out on life. Hoooooly shit.

Why did you take a picture of me without my permission?

But seriously, haven't we all tried this, at least on twins...

Reminds me of the park staff at my hill who mounted a pair of carving skis backwards to be switch carving skis. They also mounted two sets of bindings on a pair of skis for tandem skiing.

I guess we have been doing it wrong the whole time. This guy knows how to rip.

That's next level. He's not even clipped in backwards. They're mounted backwards.

That is really hard to do by the way... and the skis will keep popping off. Tried it once

its actually just a safety precaution that many beginners take to prevent knee injuries

i can just imagine getting on lift a lift and the foot rest nocking off both skis and them hitting someone

I would give my left nut for a pair of those poles

wow, that takes both athletic skill and finesse. This guy's obviously a pro. putting skis on normal is just to easy for him
