Yoga and meditations helped me to love my body and to understand what it needs. And besides this yoga helps me to keep my body in a good shape which is really great 'cause I don't like keeping on a diet or going to the gym, I just gave up on this. I even started to use the om symbol's energy in my daily life and I feel that my life is transforming into something incredible. Went to some yoga with my girl. On one of the stretches the lady said go deeper and went to flex me and I screamed out I can't and she winced back in disbelief a human couldn't bend in the way she did.

I've never been back.
