Yet another tight pants thread

u guys are gay hahha this was supossed to be about how tight pants were cool when rock n roll was huge in the 70's and how its not cool to wear them now.

When I think tight pants i think snowboarder.. Skiing is not supposed to follow that trend, go baggy. What is up with the asian thing and tight pants?

i think you worry way too much about the pants that other people are wearing.

live and let live. jesus christ, skiing needs to grow up.

my only beef with tighties is that it looks cold as fuck. and uncomfortable. why would you want to be miserable to make a fasion statement when you could wear warm comfy baggy shit and just look steezier?

i mean i guess its all good if they are warm and comfy. i wouldnt know.

I've asked kids who wear tight pants about those exact problems. They countered by saying they were surprisingly warm and that it is very comfortable. Didn't make any sense to me but whatever.

wow if somebody made that comment to me i would laugh... you people need to grow the fuck up srsly, or go thru something traumatic to bring your asses back down to earth... something...

if your worried about what my pants look like then you have a lot to learn about life my friend...

this thread makes me think of the end of superbad. that shit is so funny.
"these pants are so tight that one ball is above my dick. so its like ball-dick-ball"
"yeah. like a division sign"

so your basically saying that everyone should be the same and not dress different?

so we should all just go around a praise Hitler for the master aryan race!?

Why should you care what people ware and how people dress? Ware what you want or what ever you like. Don't listen to this fagot who is telling us to all ware the same clothing.

I rocked it for a while, if you get guys tighter fitting jeans they have space for your balls, duh! I meanthink about it, of anything gay guys want to give there precious balls space! An upside to them is not catching on trees while treeskiing, and you can sag without having them fall off! I really dislike the superbaggy look, in the middle is just fine. The bigger thing here is so many people sag there pants, pull them up for a minute and see how much it improves your skiing. We should be talking about something other than this, like the fact that so many kids cant even use there edges to make a turn so they spend all eternity sessioning a small rail or box. People should be more focused on becomeing better all around skiiers than fashions. Clothes are great in all, but save that money for a trip out west or to a larger mtn. Everyone complains about how they have to ski park because theres no big mtn. near them. Take some iniciative and make plans to go up to bigger mtns! Or even just take runs, ask someone who knows how to ski better than you to teach you how to acctually ski! I swear if you give this kinda stuff time you wont regret it. I know i went way of topic but It had to be said, because im sure a good part of this online community has the resources to become better skiiers but they are to worried about how they look.

i really like the look of tight pants and baggy puffy coats....i almost bought a pair of tight pants...but then i realized i was broke

Hey guys... let's stop hating on emo pants for a while. Once people stop hating on them, they'll start to go away and a new fad will rise up. (Btw i really hate emo pants, don't quote me and call me emo or anything)

tight pants do not equal listening to shitty music about crying boys with eyeliner and longinfrontshortinback haircuts.

why do people insist on being so goddamn clueless.

it boggles my mind how people consider tight jeans to be emo.  Slim cut jeans is "the style" nowadays.  Maybe if you looked at some progressive clothing companies (like dior), you would realize they don't carry baggy jeans.

There is nothing emo, or gay, or anything about fitted jeans.  How can jeans determine your sexual preference? Or your emotional state?  Oh wait, they cant.  Some people like to be fashionable, deal with it.

this is a point that so many people fail to realize. the fact that

people are starting to wear tight pants skiing more and more isnt because

theyre emo or even want to be different for that matter its that theyre

going with the fashion trends seen in streetwear, specifically denim, these days.

i wouldnt

necessarily use a brand like dior as an example, simply because it

doesnt necessarily relate to the ski industry, but have any of these

g'd up kids with baggiest pants possible checked out what kind of jeans

their favorite rappers are rocking (im talking rappers that actually

wear legit clothes)? shrink fits, slim cuts(which i'm not a fan of),

but jeans that actually fit from small japanese selvedge denim

companies that dont make cuts that are baggy cause thats whats hot

right now. people are just trying to bring this trend into our

industry just like people in years past tried to bring baggy ass shit

onto snow

as long as this board doesnt turn into a bunch of hypebeasts

That being said, i'm currenlty wearing some japanese selvedge denim, in a "slim straight" cut.

yea we dont want that. but yea im rockin a pair of fiberops japanese selvedge denim in "regular bootcut", regular cut denim is my main choice, slim isnt necessarily my steeze but i like jeans that actually fit well.

well that's certainly true. lil wayne is sporting evisu and bathing ape, and not very baggy either. and he's gangster as fuck. the trend in clothing now, and pretty much always has been, to have slim fit stuff. that style will always be in because it will always be good looking to be in good shape.

but the difference is that most ski kids that are "g'd up" aren't really trying to dress like their favorite rapper at all. most kids that wear baggy shit skiing dont know a fucking thing about hip-hop. they just rock big clothes because they look better by masking most unwanted limb or body movement.

its so stupid to think that tight pants are emo/gay on the slopes. so ignorant. but i think we can probably credit the popularity of tight pants to the same reason bright clothing became popular: it stands out.

say there are 20 kids hiking a feature. 19 of them are wearing XL oakley. one of them is wearing airblaster tighties. they are all doing similar technicality and style of tricks. you watch the whole session for like an hour. then you have to try and remember who did what trick. guaranteed that you remember that tight pants kid more often than anyone else, because he stands out in your memory. and beyond that, it's harder to look good with tight stuff. so if you ARE looking good with tight stuff, you are drawing a lot of attention AND making a difficult style work for you. i dont blame kids for trying it. this isn't even psychology. it's marketing.

THIS IS THE POINT BOYS, HERE IT IS, READ IT.

There is no need for this stupid debate. Everyone has their own tastes, fuck you if want to make everyone look the same.

i wear tight trousers everyday, just ask my girlfriend all about how i take it in the butt, you are what we call in scotland a fuckwit.

ok so espong1321 you dont like tight pants, that your fucking opinion, its a different style, maybe you dont like it but other ppl do, personally i think its good for ppl to have different stlye's of skiing and outerwear on the mountain

i do follow the trend of wearing super baggy shit.. its wat works for me, but if someone likes rocking tight pants its their steeze and im not going to be closeminded and say that its gay and sucks

japanese selvege denim...like no way!

i'm wearing apc new cures and was wearing Julian Red hobokens yesterday...

youre wearing MY apc new cures. but you look way cuter in them.

im wearing imperial dukes. theyre tight. and i just listened to NWA for a while.

therefore, according to your logic, NWA = emo.
