I watched the first 5 mins i stopped watching when he mentioned cloud seeding. Countries all over the world seed clouds, it gives water vapour in clouds something to condense onto, and percipitate. There is no evidence it does anything harmful.

Yes contrails do last longer than they used to and yes they do form clouds. This has nothing to do with chemicals (btw spreading chemicals at the cruise altitude of a commercial aircraft would be useless). It has to do with the transition from turbojets to turbofan engines (since the 90's turbofan engines have taken over for commercial aircraft uses due to much higher efficiencies). Turbofan engines use a large portion of the air that goes into the engine inlet to cool the exhaust after the turbine. I won't go into the details but it makes the engine more efficient. Because the exhaust temperature is lowered and the mass flow rate through the engine is larger, more ice crystals form than normal turbojet engines. These form the contrails that people are confusing as "chemtrails." The higher the bypass ratio of the turbofan, the more predominant the contrails will be.
Additionally, the contrails will last much longer (up to 24-36) hours than turbojets because a turbojet exhausts more unburned fuel which "melts" the ice crystals. Many turbofan contrails will last so long that they will dissipate and form clouds.
There's probably more that i didn't mention and I didn't proof read this so I hope it makes sense.

but the exhaust does not stay for 24 hours and you cant turn it on and of with the flick of a switch. look at the video. some 4 engine planes only have 2 exhausts and others have 6 or 8 exhausts.

no, the exhaust doesn't. But the frozen remnants do. And it doesn't turn on/off. People who believe in this don't seem to realize that air is not simply open space up high. There are wind patterns, and varying temperatures, all of which alter contrails.
And no, 4 engine planes don't have 2, or 6, or 8. again, it's just wind forcing them together/splitting them apart. The planes are likely going in excess of 600mph, do you expect everything to stay nice, neat and organized?

yes, that is true, however that is a wartime, military project. The military is capable of keeping secrets, so long as the actual government is barely a part of it. The military is up to things that the US public can only dream about. Look up lockheed skunkworks if you want to know more about that...

You have to understand how air masses move. A particle (chemical) cant just settle to the bottom the same way it would in water, the atmosphere is infinitely more chaotic and turbulent. The particle has to have enough mass to overcome uplifting forces from the ground heating during the day. This is why crop dusters fly 20 feet over the crops they are spraying. Making a chemical that is concentrated enough to be sprayed from >1000 feet and expecting it to have some effect is pretty absurd. Think about the diffusion/mixing and chemical bonding that would also be occurring, especially over a smoggy city.
And if your going to pose all these bullshit questions trying to frame the government, why dont you probe their motivation? It makes no logical sense. I would believe we were doing chemicals in canada or mexico before I believed that US pilots were spaying chemicals over LA.
Whether its a giant science experiment or not there is no rational reason to believe this. I see planes leaving contrails everyday and still have 10 fingers and two arms. Scientists test chemicals like those in your articles and worse on animals in labs everyday. Why wouldn't the government just do this in lab? You are only asking questions in one direction.

Im over this and all im really going to say is the joint chiefs have plans for everything. Do you know what Occamn's razor is? It's an excellent little meta-theoretical tool. Basically all it says is the simplest theory is probably right. It has been used in a lot of ways on a lot of theories in order to offer proof or disproof. Although it is not what one would consider a logical absolute, it is very helpful in cutting away the bullshit, hence the razor name.
I an not saying that it is physically impossible to do such things, of course technically anyone with enough money and manpower to pull it off, but that is a technicality only. In reality this has no chance to even get off the ground. Consider your theory as a logic argument, just provide me with a simple answer to all these outstanding questions:

*Where did they get the money and approval from?
