Xvid to .mov for IPOD 60gig

anyone have a good way/program that is free and can format videos into .mov format so it works on the ipod?

dont you need sumthing to chang them to mp4

cuz i thought the vids for ipod had to be mp4 well if u need it add me on msn and ll send it to you

i dont know...just send me what i need to put video on my ipod...most of my movies are in xvid and mpg

okay maybe i should ask this first...what type of file format do i need for a video to play on an ipod?

you should be able to open it in quicktime and export it as an ipod video file. i have quicktime pro tho

when i tried to convert from Dvix to mpeg4 it took so fucking long. like a miute and a 1/2 for every minute of divx

you can definitely use mp4 on the ipod.. its better than mov
