Anyone skiing on Salomon Scream 10 XTra-Hot Pilots? I'm just looking for some honest opinions about those sticks. I've heard they're pretty sick but had to come here to the experts!

 
yah i skied them and i loved them on everything.. i work at a shop so I get to demo stuff so i also let my dad demo them and he liked them but found them had to turn on the hard pack, hes used to an atomic sx11. So basicly if your used to a super high performance ski than you might want the hot rather than the extra hot if grooms are more your thing but if your planning to stay in the trees a lot or in softer snow than the xhot is sick. Your best off demoing it first cuz thats the only way you really know if you'll like it

Well i don't think i'll be able to demo them because they're on sale here in Boulder, CO. Sale ends sunday and the xtra hots are only $550 with the bindings. I'll ski anywhere, but more and more, i'm finding myself in the trees or on some hike to untouched snow. Just curious on how well they can carve, because they are fatter then the hots?

 
odds day you will love them and for 550 i'd say they must be last years which are an 82 waist which isn't too too fat really.. either way thats a good deal and i'd say go for it

Right on man. I thought there was no change from last year to this year except for the graphics? Anyway seems like a helluva deal. Thanks a lot!
