She's 18 but still in high school and has strict parents so suggestions of lingerie and/or sex toys will not be helpful. I'm looking to spend under $100. Does she travel a lot? Or at least like to travel? A nice carry on bag is a perfect present. It'll be less than $100 and you can get some really nice ones that are very fashionable. Just DONT GET BLACK. Everyone has black, and she'll love something that stands out a bit. Go for something that's about the same size as a laptop bag but much thicker, kind of like a cross between a laptop case and a briefcase with a large internal area and a flatter section on the outside.
