XL obermeyer too big for me?

ahhhhhh shit, i wish i could try it on but i'm buying it off someone on here...

i have a large medic which is pretty big, but my other oakley large stuff isn't that big on me. do you think the XL obermeyer would be comparable to the medic?
 
haha yeah but i'm not really the type that is like, "OMG I HAVE TO HAVE THE BIGGEST SUIT PERIOD." it just so happens i like this suit and probably can't find it anywhere else for that price in a different size.

i just got a bunch of xl stuff i'm 3 inches taller but i love the baggy stuff...so...ya. but i mean oakley stuff runs small sooo i am sorry man. haha i don't even know what to say. bad ordeal.

yea it does. their xl stuff is pretty small. obermeyer xl would look stupid on a kid who is 5'7" sorry dude. i mean you could try it and maybe prove us all wrong by rocking it hard. but im gonna go with no on this one.
 
ok well this is how i see it. In the pic the pants dont look rediculous of course, but in reality they are pretty big. Not so much length wise but the waist is huge. A belt would be ur best friend. The cuffs of the pants will get torn to shreds. U prolly want to buy it anyways and will buy it but are just looking for confirmation from other people that say u should buy it. I dont know if clothes too big will affect ur skiing but i guess ull look like u raided the ghetto store. Which is guess looks cool if thats ur thing
 
Im like 5'11 and a large obermeyer jacket is huge on me. Well not huge, but its plenty baggy. An xl on you would be rediculous
 
It actually kinda does. Every oakley piece of clothing ive tried on, besides a medic, has fit much smaller than expected. Everyone builds up Oakley on how huge and gigantice their shit is. Really isnt. =\

DONT DO IT. im around 5/7 maybe i bit taller and obermeyer smalls are just baggy enoug. baggs down almost to the ground when wearing skiboots. i sometimes pick up the back so they dont drag in the mud (fall rail jam)
 
If your looking for obermeyter i wouldn't go with XL, I would look for L long, that way it wont be to wide on you. If I were you I would just look for a different company, unless you like tomato wide steeze.
