Xbox Problem help

K so my xbox works fine execpt for a few things.

When it runs it runs really loud.

also when im done playing and turn it off. it will stop and everything will turn off but the machine stays running.i dont get it Help if anyone knows how to fix

Do you leave your wireless controller plugged in to charge when it is off? That keeps it running

Yes sir. It keeps it running, but just on a very low power state so it isn't too loud
