X Games REAL SKI athletes

Sick lineup! Stoked to see Hackel and Tjader in there. We'll see if mango can pull another banger like his nollie backflip last year, that was one of the most memorable tricks from any year of real ski.
 
Sounds like a sick lineup too bad Phil is injured and I wish ABM was in it again he was crazy last year!

Alex Hall hasn't been in it...I thought ABM should have won last year though.

Hyped for Jesper, Emile, and Hackel.

Let's add that if either don't win, podium spots will count. I.e. if mango gets 2nd and Jesper gets 3rd, you'd win the bet. If either don't podium, it is a wash and there are no winners. Deal?

Phil probably would rather use his time for a proper edit and not blow himself up first half of the season, Zahner making it whichll be sick.
 
My understanding is Phil was working on his Real Ski part and got a light injury a bit over a month ago and decided to call it off for his health, which is why he is not in the 2020 lineup

Based on judging in past years, I don't see this happening. He's going to do some wild shit, but I bet his choice of features will likely let him down since I just don't see him hitting super gnarly urban spots that would make the rest of the contestants pee a little. Like last year; yes, Mageau had some crazy tricks, but all his spots were features that contestants like Casabon or ABM wouldn't even think twice about hitting. Casabon was hitting features that were far more high consequence and crazy and that's likely what put him out on top.

Considering Mageau will likely up his game from last year, he'd be one of my top picks.
 
Everyone I was hoping would get in other than Lauri Kivari did, hyped. Huge mix of styles this year, should be interesting. As much as I would love to see phil again, I like that there's no clear favorite, it could be anyone's year
 
I'd love to see ski rail jam make it into the x-games. Something just like the Steel City Showdown, but as an x-games event. That would be amazing!
