i don't care what any of you guys say about them. they're legit as fuck.
i was going to order 178 phil larose ( best ski ever my third pair) and i found a site www.levelninesports.com that had them for $239 and 50 dollar 3 day shipping from utah.
i called getboards earlier that day wondering about the 178 larose pro models because i saw them on there site for phone order only i called and spoke to a guy, he said they did not have them and he would call me back in 10 minutes to make sure they didin't have them.
second phone call 5 minutes later, he said they did not have them.
getting ready to process my order with levelninesports
and a very nice women named tamara calls me and says " hey you're dylan right ?" i said yeah, she said " oh well one of my co workers told you we don't have any phil laroses left" i said yeah so she begins telling me " wow i'am so sorry we actually have a couple pairs left, he thought you said ninthward"
so we begin getting the order ready and i say " hey by any chance do you price match ? ( getboards had the liberties up for $299 ) the lady says "yeah of course, let me go tell my boss" she comes back and says " yeah we can do that for you"
this made my night, such good customer service. 20 less for shipping FROM california TO new york.
the other shop wanted 50 FROM utah TO new york.
i'm sorry but this is the most legit shop i have delt with in a while.
i suggest you stop hating on them and actually order something.
