First off i would like to say that i am not trying to come acrosse as a greedy bastard so please do not think this while reading, i am simply dissapointed and a little angry.
Ok i sent a SASE to newschooler on december 15th hoping it would arrive at NS headquarters by christmas. Since it was the christams season i included a page (hand written) letter explaining how i am grateful to all the guys over a NS for keeping the site running and doing such a great job and how i really love NS blah blah blah and $5(just a little donation). In the mean time i ordered a new helmet and recieved it around december 20th i stickered it just the way i like it but i left a few spaces for Newschoolers stickers. I figured that i would recieve the stickers after the holidays seeing as i live in Ottawa(2 hours away from MTL) after waiting and waiting and waiting i decided that my SASE must have got lost in the mail, i even talked to a line rep who was at the Orage pros and powder tour camp fortune( jan 12th) and he said i should have got it by then. Today after coming home and feeling bumed out from exams( i didnt do so well on french) i checked the mail and all of sudden i was in a good mood and excited to see what stickers i got. I went inside took off my stuff and headed up to my room and grabbed my helmet. When i opened it i again became bummed out because all i had recieved were 5 stickers
i got 3 of the newschoolers.com ones and two ath1337 stickers ( i have no idea what that is!) i was also kinda mad that i didnt get any of the stickers that are just the logo( what i was planing to put on my helmet)Now you might say that 5 stickers isnt a bad amount but considering that i wrote a whole letter of appreciation, sent $5 and had to wait over a month i think it is fair to say that i have the right to be disappointed. And to top it all off when i went to put one of the stickers on it didnt even stick!( and i have put on countless diecut stickers and now exactly how to put them on perfectly) last time i sent a SASE(2 years ago) i dint donate anything and i still recived twice as many stickers. Im not sure if the stuffer Jewish or something and was pissed that i just said MERRY CHRISTMAS and did not include Hanika( sp?). Newschoolers i am dissapointed.
