Bitch was pissed about the dog and then got some drank spilled on her. Hitting someone is a little over the top, but i wouldn't even come close to saying it's fucked up. She shouldn't have hit her, but i think almost everyone in her situation would have been pissed. Flip out was definitely justified, just not as far as she took it.
