Wtf Killington

It's the east coast and the Midwest. I am in Wisconsin and it was like 70 for like 3 days.. It's suppose to start getting colder, but I can't wait any longer...

Hey have you ever skied at Wilmot Mountain or Granite Peak in Wisconsin? I live on the border of Illinois so I'm curious where you ski because I don't know of resorts actually in Illinois

Sincr there isn't a mountain near where I live I go to a lot of different places. I ski at grand Geneva, snowstar in the quad cities, hidden valley Missouri, and I'm doing my first trip to granite peak after Christmas. There are two places to ski in Illinois, galena and the quad cities are where they are found.

Go to alpine valley wisconsin, about 10 min from grand geneva

they have 2 terrain parks and i basically live there

100000000000000000000x better than grand geneva

Saw somewhere that the last time it was this warm in november/set record highs was in the year of 78.. and what happened later in the year of 1978? we're gonna get hit, hard, out of nowhere - claim

Yea I'll def try to hit up that place this year its only 40 min from me, my home mountain is Wilmot

I was talking to a guy the other day and he was saying 15 years ago people were happy when there was skiing by mid December. Now if places aren't open by November 1st people bitch why aren't you open yet. Get over it people, bitching at ski resorts about the weather isn't going to change shit.

Will be a while on the east this year. Persistent deep low in the west means ridge in the east. Most model runs keep it simiLar to that for the next 2 weeks.

Realistically I think most resorts are looking for a early December start this year.

This is how the Midwest is looking this year also...

Don't worry killington will be open soon enough. Suppose to start getting cooler around here in the upcoming weeks, until then keep using the summer setups, hit up some trampoline parks, huck a backflip off your houses roof, Idk anything to keep you occupied until it starts dumping
