So I met this really cool chick about two months ago. She was visiting my roommate in Boulder and we hit it off. Skied together a couple days and had a blast. She was living in Reno and was headed to PA to stay with her aunt and save some cash up until she moved in Denver in August 2009.

I figured I would never see her again and thought dating her would never work. Then she starts calling me alot and telling me she misses me and stuff and that she is gonna move to Denver in February 2009 instead.

I was pretty pumped to hear this. Turns out her aunt lives right across the river from my dad in NJ, so when I was home visiting the fam about 2 weeks ago me and this girl hung out a bit and it was great. She seemed really into me, etc. Now I was even more pumped. Cool, nice chick who is a good skier and will be in Denver (I live in Vail).

Fast forward to yesterday. I give her a call just to say hi since I haven't talked to her in a couple days. I call and it rings a few times then it appears she hung up on me. Not positive, but it rang 3 times then went to a busy signal. Not sure if thats what happens when someone hangs up w/o picking up.

I go on facebook today and it now says she is in a relationship with some dude I have never heard of/about.

WTF?

Her home is in Nevada. She said she doesn't really know anyone in PA since she has only been there 2 months. Guess she knows someone know.
 
i wouldnt assume she hung up, and i wouldnt take anything on facebook to seriously, from personal experiences (although, im only 16, so i know its different) but people are in relationships that arent actaully dating...
 
Yeah jeez, if you're in a relationship on FB then that shits legit. What you should do is request a relationship with her, that will solve it all.
 
you have to check the chicks. if you hit it off supper fast with them. then they will hit it off with someone else just as easy.
 
Honestly you should probably just give up on women altogether. You'll make billions of dollars. The tradeoff is that you have to microwave bagels and have sex with them. But hey, billions of dollars!

just delete that hoe from your life, and when she tries to talk to you again say exactly how dumb and fucked up you think this bitch is for doing what she did to you. end of story. she feels like shit, but deserves it because she made you feel like shit.

I would recommend talking to her before you make assumptions and place an unfair blame on someone else. Drawing conclusions will almost inevitably over-complicate things and make you look like an asshole. And as far as looking at her facebook status goes....yeah. According to that site, both myself and the girl I'm seeing are single. Pretty wild, eh?

If that doesn't work, JD's suggestion is most likely the best way to go about things.
 
some "people" (noy ONLY girls) are just in it for the chase. once they've caught, they're gone before you know it. i think its a lack of maturity, but just let her go. apparently she was not worth your time.
 
IMHO, just go skiing a bunch and chill with your buds and don't bother with her... if she wants some, she'll come back
 
ahahha that happened to me twice over the summer.... idk chicks are just bitches sometimes man. its in their blood, but keep on her like flies on shit. she cant ignore you forever. tell her how you feel if you ever get a hold of her. dont give up!!!
 
well maybe she got full tilts and it was love at first sight then she was soooo in love with them she changed her facebook relationship status. then the full tilts proposed to her just days later, and are now planning to have their wedding, as well as a shinbang free honeymoon at whistler. then they will go and have little full tilt babies that they will raise to become professional ski boots. then live out the rest of their well lived lives in the rental shop. so the moral is tell her to buy SPKs they cant be loved like full tilts.
 
women that ask to be treated like objects should be treated in such a way. forget about her until she calls u again, have ur way with her and then drop her.
