Wtf I want to SKI

I am getting the itch like no other, it's been months and skateboarding tramping and the rest of this off snow business just aint cutting it anymore.

When do you think your first day on snow will be this fall?

I expect to be getting an ice rink setup together sometime soon, but besides that, maybe i'll drive to sunday river like I did last october. sucks that im in southern ny though, long ass drive...
 
i feel you man. I dont even have skis right now (just sold my old pair) and it feels wierd to think about, but just looking at new skis makes me so anxious, and i still have 3 months!
 
Last year our season started on Christmas (what a wonderful Christmas present I must say) but that means that there are probably three/ four months left until I can hit the slopes again. It's really hard.
 
My resort won't open till december but hopefully we get snow in november and i can hit up some local hills and get some "urban pow shots" ahaha
 
80 days exactly for me. Pretty stoked, cooler night means the snow is piling up at the arena. Arena session are coming soon.
 
I tried an ice rink setup earlier this week, total fail. Hopefully trying again early-mid october. Otherwise its a good 2 1/2-3 months until opening day.
 
titty bitchin. life sucks without skiing. although i went to woodward like 2 days ago it still aint the same
 
Dude i am pretty sure everyone on this website can relate, i have watched weight 6 times already just to make sure i don't go nutz
 
THIS.

ILL PROBABLY GET SOME ICE RINK SHIT GOIN DOWN ONCE IT GETS COLD ENOUGH FOR THE SNOW TO BUILD UP. MAYBE SOME BACKYARD SHIT WHEN IT STARTS TO SNOW (BEFORE THE MOUNTAIN OPENS)
 
i keep looking at the extended forecast to see when it's gonna get cold. cold as in like not 80 or 90 all the time, maybe 50-60's with some wind.
 
I'm feinding harrdd for some powder. I got my first day in on October 30th last year (fuck yea bozeman) I'm hiking the first day I can this year.
 
haha yea i get the itch big time usually mid september. it hit me early this year in like august and i was just jibbing every curb i saw haha
 
i went to a ski shop today and they had 2010/11 skis. saw the k2 domains and they were like 329 or something like that. also passed by a mountain i want to ski at. so like double the pain.
 
previous seasons; mind blown.

last time i got to skiing already one month before xmas.

i hope i will get to skiing in december.

i sooo miss those dark days sitting on top of our little hill, and breathing cold air through bandana. damnit! I wish i could set idle mode until it starts snowing. It's all so fucking rainy and annoying weather.

might be making first ice rink setup, if some of my friends support..
